Delivery Zones and additional charges:
Additional charges will be imposed for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland,( Charges will only apply to those items which we need to post by a couriers other than Royal Mail, all items to be posted by Royal Mail will not incur extra postage charges unless express service is selected by customer)

If you have placed an order for an item not required,
Buyer can return it within 14 days as long as the item is:
1. In its original packaging.
2. Item is unused and not damaged
3. There is a 17.5% restocking charge which will be deducted from refundable payment.
4. The customer has to return the item at their own cost or pay Lilypadoutlet.com for the cost of returning item and management fee.

If your item arrived damaged or the wrong item delivered,
Lilypadoutlet will provide assistance and courier label or reimburse the cost of returning the item
For items ordered in error or unwanted items by the customer, there will be a minimum of £3.00 or £17.50% (if charge value is less than £3) restocking charge deducted from the total payment made by the customer before issuing the final refund.
